A stretching session supervised by a professional . Held outdoors, weather permitting, to enjoy a natural and relaxing environment.

The sessions take place outdoors, in the village squares, and last one hour. These locations offer views of the waterfall and fresh air, representative of mountain sports.
Advance booking is required at the reception of the Vaujany Tourist Office. A maximum of 12 participants per session ensures personalized advice.
