NEW IN VAUJANY: The Collet Nature and Leisure Centre

A bucolic hiking trail from Vaujany leads to the Collet area, which is undergoing a veritable renaissance this summer 2023. For the less sporty, there’s also a free mini-train to take you there. At an altitude of 1400m, in a natural amphitheatre, you’ll find this summer area entirely devoted to outdoor leisure activities, a veritable base camp for holidaymakers looking for fresh air and activities to share. Tennis, basketball, archery, frisbee-golf and pétanque can all be played here, and children will love the giant games and slides. Scooters, bikes and skateboards will be the kings of the pump track, which will become the place to be for young riders. They’ll also be practising their style and tricks in the skate park, city stadium and bike park. To keep things cool, water games have been designed for children to enjoy before jumping into the swimming pool. Away from the hustle and bustle, large green terraces invite you to contemplate, meditate or practise yoga overlooking the valley, as does the barefoot path that invites you to disconnect.
There is a picnic area in the shade of the trees, and a restaurant where you can eat in situ.
