Exceptional Panoramas

The Girose Glacier, La Meije and Le Râteau shimmering in the morning sun, Mont Blanc catching the wind, sweeping views over the Aiguilles d’Arves, and across the Écrins, Taillefer, Vercors (with Mont Aiguille) and Belledonne massifs… what a view!

h3>Long, Thrilling Runs

Sarenne Run
With 1,830 m of vertical drop over 16 km, this is the longest run in Europe. Enjoy the descent with शानदार views over the surrounding peaks. An intermediate skier will take around 1 hour to complete it.
Remember to book your Pic Blanc / Marmotte 3 access in advance on the SATA website.

The Tunnel
After crossing through the mountain, experienced skiers can take on one of the steepest mogul fields in France (35° gradient).

La Fare Run
A black run through a forest setting, with views over Vaujany, Le Rissiou and the Belledonne peaks. Start from the Dôme des Petites Rousses (2,800 m) or from Pic Blanc 2 (2,700 m). Return to Vaujany via the Enversin gondola.

h3>Villages to Discover

Thanks to the vast ski area, just a few lifts and well-linked runs are all it takes to move from one side to another and enjoy a completely different atmosphere.

Villard-Reculas, Oz, Auris-en-Oisans and Vaujany are unspoilt villages, well worth exploring via high-quality runs suitable for all levels.

Sunshine and Slopes for Every Aspect

The size of the ski area means you can enjoy every orientation throughout the day. In Alpe d’Huez, Le Signal catches the morning sun, while the gentle lower slopes and the south-facing runs of Sarenne and Auris warm up early.

Higher sections, along with the west- to north-facing slopes of Oz, Auris and Vaujany, benefit from better snow conditions later in the day and throughout the season.

In addition, snowmaking systems are in place to prepare the runs at the start of the season and to compensate for any lack of natural snowfall.
