Come and take part in a major pétanque doubles tournament, open to everyone, in a friendly and festive atmosphere in the heart of Vaujany village!

An exceptional line-up: World and French champions will be there throughout the event for demonstrations and activities, and will join the finalist teams in the tournament. Prizes: €1,500 prize pool plus a range of great prizes.

Programme

Wednesday 19 August: qualifying rounds

From 9am, the qualifying matches get underway. Come along and watch the different teams compete in the qualifying rounds of the main tournament, while enjoying the friendly atmosphere on Vaujany’s village squares!

Thursday 20 August: final rounds

From 9am, the final rounds of the main tournament get underway. Throughout the day, you can also enjoy:

• A points competition, open to everyone, with plenty of prizes to be won! Take on other participants in a fun competition hosted by the champions;
• As the main tournament progresses, the champions will also be available on a dedicated court to:
  • Give demonstrations, play with the public, share their tips and advice, and chat with participants in a friendly atmosphere;
  • Before the semi-finals and final of the main tournament, enjoy an exceptional demonstration by the champions;
  • For the grand final, two champions will join the finalist teams for a spectacular match to bring the tournament to a memorable close!
