Vaujany welcomes international competitors to the Montfrais ski stadium.
On 26 and 27 January 2027, Montfrais hosts FIS international men’s slalom races.
Come and experience alpine ski racing up close. Just metres from the course, watch the skiers’ lines, technical decisions and commitment as they tackle each run. And don’t forget to cheer them on, with support from the Vaujany Ski Club!
Montfrais ski stadium
FIS-approved, the Montfrais slalom course is a dedicated alpine ski racing venue. Throughout the season, it hosts training sessions for local ski clubs as well as national and international competitions.
The Ski Chrono SAMSE Tour races are open to spectators, who can watch the action from the sides of the course.
Make the most of the ski area
From Montfrais, explore the Oz-Vaujany ski area and venture further afield to discover the great ski runs of the Espace Alpe d’Huez ski area.
Practical information
Access to the stadium is via the Montfrais gondola lift. Free for children under 5.
