The 6 Vallées Oisans Trail takes runners and supporters on a journey through some of the most iconic landscapes of the Oisans region: Sarenne, the Grandes Rousses lakes, the Taillefer plateaus and mountain villages…

One stage will pass through Vaujany on 18 August 2026.
Come and cheer on the runners or experience the atmosphere of this exceptional race in the heart of the mountains, among alpine meadows, hamlets and high-altitude landscapes.

Follow the race in Vaujany

The route will pass through several iconic areas of the village:

  • L’Alpette (2,100 m altitude): a spectacular viewpoint and a great place to watch the race, easily accessible via the Vaujany cable car.
  • Montfrais (1,600–1,700 m altitude): enjoy the excitement as runners pass through this mountain area.
  • Vaujany’s villages and hamlets, including La Villette, before heading down towards Le Verney.

Make the most of your visit by enjoying the mountain restaurants and watching the race in an exceptional setting, with breathtaking views over the Oisans landscapes and surrounding mountain ranges.

A trail through the heart of Oisans

The stages offer a wide variety of terrain, from high mountain trails and rolling paths to longer, faster sections. Each day reveals new landscapes and villages across Oisans.

Optional shuttle services are available for runners and their supporters to reach the start locations (Les 2 Alpes, Le Bourg-d’Oisans, Alpe d’Huez…) or return from the finish points.
