2025 edition: a 6th edition full of emotion in a breathtaking setting

For the second year running, the highlight of Vaujany’s summer season took place in the magnificent open-air theatre of the Espace Nature et Loisirs du Collet.

A rich and diverse programme

Stepping off the beaten track, offering high-quality performances, surprising and moving audiences, and bringing art to unexpected places are the principles that shape the Vaujany Festival programme.

The 2025 edition featured 22 performances across a variety of venues, including unusual locations such as the Col du Sabot. Nearly one hundred artists took to the stage, delivering an ambitious yet family-friendly programme.

Year after year, the festival continues to evolve to better connect with its audience and meet visitors’ expectations.

An ever-growing audience…

The public certainly responded. In 2025, more than 5,200 spectators attended one or more performances. Every year, more visitors travel specifically to experience the festival. Visitors from the Isère department accounted for 43% of festival-goers, with 43% of them coming from the Grenoble area.

Feedback from our visitors highlights four key strengths that confirm we are heading in the right direction:

1. The quality of the programme, fully meeting audience expectations.
2. The diversity of the programme, with performances, workshops and activities suitable for the whole family.
3. The festival venue at the Espace Nature et Loisirs du Collet and its organisation. This outstanding setting enhances the artistic experience and creates a truly unique festival atmosphere.

This enthusiasm continues to build the festival’s reputation through word of mouth: 25% of visitors discovered the Vaujany Festival this way. A valuable source of promotion, especially as nearly every visitor says they would recommend the event.

Local businesses: valued festival partners

The Vaujany Festival is developed in close collaboration with local businesses to provide visitors with a complete festival experience, including performances, food and refreshments.

Following a successful one-day trial in 2024, the 2025 edition expanded this offer. We would like to warmly thank all the local businesses that stepped outside their usual premises to meet festival-goers. While this requires significant organisation and staffing, visitors greatly appreciated the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks on site, helping to create the festival’s warm and festive atmosphere.

The Vaujany Festival, the “Mountain Arts Village”, continues to deliver on its promises and grow year after year, establishing Vaujany as a must-visit destination for live performance.

This project is built year after year alongside all the stakeholders of the resort and is becoming one of the key drivers of Vaujany’s summer tourism development.
