Philosophical stroll

This walk recalls our reflections, recalls the history of pastoralism, and analyses the impact that the profession has had on our relationship with nature, with animals and with ourselves.

It was created following discussions with shepherds in the alpine pastures with the cartoonist Paul de Chatelperron.
